Shipping and Handling

At Impact Gear, we prioritize quality and timely delivery of all orders. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Production Timeline:

   • All gear orders are custom-made and require a 10-business-day production period before shipment.

2. Delivery Process:

   • Once production is complete, items will be shipped directly to the  Club or Team Representative for distribution.
   • The club will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Order Tracking:

   • Tracking details will not be provided, as all orders are delivered in bulk to the club.

4. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping costs are included in your order total. No additional fees will be charged at the time of distribution.
